ESA Work Group

Wife went to tribunal and was awarded ESA Support after 2 years with no money, the tribunal awarded it from 2015 ? so no benefit will be paid. I sent in the Mand Rev in 2013 when she was 6 months into her (ESA work) so benefit stopped in 2014... Have wrote to court to look at the date to change it to 2014...was this correct path?

I'm afraid I'm a bit confused! Your topic title is 'ESA Work Group' but you say that the tribunal awarded Support Group? I'm guessing your wife was first put into WRAG rather than found fit for work? Either way, the tribunal in effect remakes the original decision, so the award should be backdated to week 14 of the claim (if a new claim,or the date of transfer if moved from IB).
