If the return date is the 5th then the form needs to be with the DWP on that day, there is a Next Day service from the Post Office.

Thank you, do you know if Wolverhampton office is open to receive special delivery mail on a saturday. The PIP people said probably

Hi, I sent my form off and have text confirmation it was received, the only thing was that although I used a treasury tag for the extra pages I supplied I did not actually attach them to the form. I was so keen and relieved to get the thing into the post but now am panicking that my separate treasury tagged pages may have got lost. Is there any way of checking that both the form and my treasury tagged extra pages have been received all ok

Hi Cruella,
Did you mark each of the extra pages with your name and NI number? If so there is a better chance of them being associated with your file.
The only way you can know for sure is to phone and ask, I'm afraid.

Yes, I did as your people recommended, name and NI number on every page, the pages numbered x of y , the treasury tag, just forgot to attach the treasury tag bundle to the actual form. Its gone to post handling site ,Wolverhampton, so who would I ring to check they have everything all ok. Would it be Wolverhampton, or would it have been sent onto a different DWP office or do you mean I need to phone the assessment people? Please advise, so sorry to keep questioning you, but thank you
