Not without the DWP looking at your son's issues to see whether he actually needs an appointee.

Oh its never easy is it! I would need evidence to prove his low self esteem in order to explain why I want to be an appointee for him and so I d have to make him see a doctor/psychiatrist to get that evidence anyway.
For anybody interested, I received my email for subscription to Benefit and Work 5 days before renewal date. Hope this info helpful

Have just been reading peoples comments on the form for GP for PIP you provide on here. Where abouts is that form, I think my navigational skills must be poor because I ve not come across it?? Also is there a GP form template for ESA too?

It's in the PIP section and called PIP GP Notes, we haven't done one for ESA as we want to get some feedback on the PIP one first.

So regarding my son, if I do not apply to be his appointee, can I fill the form out for him, writing about him, and he sign it?
