Peter wrote: Now beginning 5th week since being awarded PIP by Tribunal but still no contact from DWP. Anyone have recent experience of delayed payment ? What is the time scale for getting the new rate and back payment ? Begrudge paying 45p per minute to call them, last time this cost £11 for a short call !!
You need to chase the PIP department for an update, Tribunal Decision usually take 5-8 weeks to process.

When it was pointed out that this was in contradiction of the previous information given to us, we were told that the previous information was incorrect. Should we be concerned or is this just DWP at work.

I can't think of any reason why the Tribunal need to "confirm" the award, the Decision Notice does this and although it had to be amended, that amended copy would still be sufficient.
The discrepancy could be as to whether that amended copy has been received back or not.
