Hi, I applied for PIP in January. Received a letter today saying "sorry for delay but we now have all the info we need".
However I would like to add information to my claim. When I made the claim I was expected to have some short term chemotherapy but it hadn't started.
Now I have started the chemotherapy and I have found out that it will go on for the rest of my life in some form or other. This has a lot of side effects.
I would like to inform the DWP of this - how do I best do this? A letter? How detailed should I be? Shoud I list all the side effects and how it affects me in the different categories?

The letter means that everything is now with the Decision Maker / Claim Manager for them to make a Decision, there's a narrow window of time for you to submit further information, send it to the DWP office that is dealing with your claim, their address should be on the letter that you have just received, mark it for the attention of the PIP Assessment Team.
