Having gone through a mandatory reconsideration, I now have to appeal the decision but can anyone tell me how long the DWP month is please? The decision was made on 17th Feb, does this mean that the paperwork needs to be in by the 17th March?

Thank you

You have one month to request an appeal from the date on the Mandatory Reconsideration letter, it can be later but then you have to provide Good Cause for the delay.

See the PIP Appeal guide for more details and links to the form you will need to submit.
