Now that the government have done a u turn on cutting benefits how will that affect those waiting to change from DLA to PIP and what about all those poor people that have lost there money and motorbility car can someone please explain to me where this leaves me as my daugther is soon to go for pip assessment

Welcome to Benefits and Work Forum

As things stand, there will be no changes to PIP or DLA to PIP transfers.

The Government have been forced to drop their plans to alter the PIP points allocation for the use of Aids & Appliances for The Daily Living (Care) component .
