I''ve had my letter to attend a medical assessment, 3 yrs after my first successful one. This time though I can't attend as I can't go out because of my anxiety. I've phoned assessment centre and have to get a letter from my GP and send it to them. I'm hoping I'll get a home visit but have my doubts
