hi there, i put a claim for esa in january 2014 and i have been in the assessment phase since still awaiting medical assessment. my question is if i am found unfit for work will i be entitled to any back pay for weeks after 13th week of claim. second question if i am found fit for work will i be entitled to any back pay for weeks after 13th week uptil date of decision thanks Tango

If you receive an award then you would receive back payment of either the WRAG or the Support Group component.
If found Fit for Work then there are no additional payments.
