Hello I joined and paid my subs and I'm having difficulty getting the downloads for what to expect at my PIP medical this week . Help !! Each time I go to download it just comes up asking for payment and I'm evidently logged in and have paid some months ago .

If you can post in the forum then your should be able to access the guides.
Follow the Members Only Guides link in the left pane and then the links for the relevant benefit.
