Well, you could appeal against the duration of the award - but everything else would be looked at too. The whole philosophy behind the welfare reforms was that claimants would be reassessed periodically rather than 'languishing' on benefits for life (their words, not mine!). So we are seeing PIP awards much shorted than DLA was.
