PA4 FORM

Good morning everyone.
My name is Graham and I m new to your website.
I will explain a little about myself/conditions.
I have Psoriatic Arthritis/Spondylitis, Sacrolitis, TMJ,Tendonitis,Dactylitis,Plantar Fasciitis, Ulnar nerve damage, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (Operation didn't work) Hypertension, Hypercholesterolaemia, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, chronic anxiety and Asthma! My spine is fused at the base and is trying to fuse in the middle (nearly there), my feet are constantly swollen with Dactylitis and Plantar Fasciitis, I can hardly walk unless I have my crutches,I am currently on an injection called Stelera and a host of other meds for arthritis I am roughy on 15-20 tabs per day also include my blood pressure is sky high I am on RAMIPRIL 10MG FELODOPINE 10MGS and INDAPAMIDE 5 MGS.
I struggle on a day to day basis, to be honest life is fairly miserable for me.
But I was wondering if anyone can inlighten me into what to expect from my PIP Assessment I am very scared and I feel sick, I don't know what to expect at all, will it be a medical examination making me do things I just don't know any help would be really appreciated.It really isn't fair putting me through this my blood pressure reads 178/101 at the moment.

It may seem a daft question but where will I find the criteria against which I am being assessed?

Also Gordon I am going to the Jamie Bell Physio in Halifax for my assessment, after reading the reviews from 2 of our members I have took time and looked into this and at Jamie Bell Physio thus quite a few steps to navigate and a long way to walk?I called the reception this afternoon at Dean clough mills were the assessment is being held and the lady on reception said that I will find it hard to find un less I am shown she said I will be here there and everywhere! she is very kind as to give me her mobile number and she is going to meet me and my wife next week BUT I put all this on my Claim form that I have great difficulty goin up and down stairs, walking etc I am on my crutches as we speak I had my feet injected by the podiatrist last week they are very very sore I can hardly stand up my feet are that sore and so far the injections have not worked
Could I have your views on this too.

Think I may as well go, struggle and bite the bullet.one good thing is that my Rheu Adv Nurse is going to write me a letter to take to my appointment detailing how much of a struggle life is for me and current meds I am taking, must say it is very nice of her, What a kind person she is taking time to help me.Is this a good thing Gordon, I can only assume so.
Also I have to wear bandage over my hand this is because I have bad Psoriasis and I layer on thick ointment so it beds the skin back down to normal but very red will the assessor make me take my bandage off cos its a right pain putting back on! also will I have to undress down to the wire?
