ESA FORM was created by joyce
Can anyone help please! I have read the guidance leaflets on how to best complete the ESA form and realise that previously I always ticked the ' VARIABLE ' boxes whereas it would have been more appropriate to tick the 'NO' box to some of the questions on the form. If I now complete this form differently to the one I completed 2yrs ago would this appear to DWP as suspicious and therefore detrimental to my claim? Would appreciate any advise.

Hi and Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

It is highly unlikely that the assessor will have any prior knowledge of you or whether you already have a claim, let alone look at the old claim form!

It is up to you, but I really don't think you have anything to worry about on this score.

You might want to bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future. That will allow you to return with further questions/comments without having to start a new topic each time. It helps us enormously when everything relating to the same claim is kept in one place - and I hope you will find it useful too

EDIT - There is no need to make duplicate posts. There will always be a delay before your post is made public, even during official 'opening hours', as every one has to be read and approved by a moderator before being made public. How long this takes depends entirely on how many (voluntary) mods are on-line and how busy we are.

I have deleted the duplicate so that all information is kept in the same place for you.
