The DWP should send you a copy of their submission to you and the Tribunal Service. If they have not done so at the end of the 28 days, then the Tribunal Service will write to them reminding them of their responsibilities to do so and setting a new deadline for the information to be sent, you will receive a copy of this letter.

The Tribunal Service should have confirmed that they have accepted your appeal, if they have not done this then you need to contact them about this as you will need the unique reference number that your appeal has been allocated for any correspondence.
