I sent off my PIP form 2 weeks ago. I have had a few missed calls from numbers I don't know who from in the past few days. One is a mob, another starts 0141 and the third is an 0203 one. Does anyone know what type of number PIP call would ring from? Would it be a mobile or landline or could it be either? I'm too scared to pick up the phone to a random number, even though it would be better to do a phone call than a medical. What would happen if they can't get hold of you by phone?

Don't worry, all appointments have to be notified to the claimant in writing, there is nothing in the PIP claim process that is only done over the phone.
