pip manditory reconsideration,

could anyone advise me on fivding my way around on this site ,i posted for advice on my pip assesment which my results come back yest saying ime not entitled to any of it and dont have any idea if anyone has replied to me as cant sem to even find my post , thanks in advance for any replys be much appreaciated,. x

Your next step would seem to be to ask for a copy of your assessment form, then apply for mandatory reconsideration.

you have a month from the date on your award letter to apply for mandatory reconsideration,

thankyou for ypur advice and links to read up on , ,about the matter of asking for a MR ,i rang them up and was told that i have 4 weeks from date of letter to send them letter explaining reason why,. i since this morning have had a txt msg to my phone ,saying that i dont need to contact them as they are now looking at my pip claim again ,,, can they do this without me having even sent a letter off to them ,? .i suppose they will come to the same conclusion again no doubt withput even getting a chance to read my letter .
