Hi and Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
It is not the diagnosis that qualifies someone for PIP, it is the limitations caused by that condition. Two people with type 1 DM will have very different care and mobility needs.
Don't forget that it is entirely possible for people to be on high rate DLA/PIP and work full time, so this will not have a deleterious effect on your claim.
I suggest that you have a look at our PIP self-test, score yourself harshly and see whether it looks as if you might be eligible.
If you decide to go ahead I suggest you use our PIP guide every step of the way.

You might want to bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future. That will allow you to return with further questions/comments without having to start a new topic each time. It helps us enormously when everything relating to the same claim is kept in one place - and I hope you will find it helpful too
