ESA interactive form filling

May I just query whether it is necessary to use Capitals whilst filling in this form,it would seem normal case doesn't take up so much room,so wondered if normal case is acceptable. With thanks in advance for any help.

The requirement to use upper case is only for people who complete the form by hand (to make it easier to read). There is no need for this when using the interactive form, or if answering each question as a word document on the computer.
