Mandatory reconsideration - more evidence

I now have more evidence available for my MR, but it arrived to me outside the 30 days.

Can I still submit this as it seriously contradicts the DM's original decision?

My GP surgery took a little longer than normal to get it typed and signed.

Yes, get it sent off as soon as you can. Explain that you have already requested the MR and this is to go with it. Don't forget to put your name and NINo at the top!

We are finding that DM's are sometimes doing MRs very quickly, before the claimant has had time to submit everything that wanted to. We will deal with that if/when it happens
