PIP for heart conditions, mental health and Fibro was created by Jane Carchrie
Hi all,
I am a new member and currently filling in my PIP (Moving from DLA) form. I am sure there were docs to help you with specific illnesses, such as heart conditions, depression etc. However, I cannot find them. Any help would be gratefully received.
Many Thanks
Jane

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is
Welcome to Benefits and Work
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
We don't have documents for different conditions as it is not the condition itself which is being assessed but the limitations that result from them.
As examples; perhaps your heart problems mean that you easily get out of breath when attempting a strenuous activity such as Washing and Bathing, does your depression mean that you struggle to carry out activities such as Dressing and Undressing.
In particular you need to think about whether you can carry out the PIP activities "reliably" and can you do so on the majority of days.
See the PIP Claim guide for more details and a formula for completing the PIP2 form.
