My daughter has a learning disability and just been turned down for pip so we sent in a mandatory reconsideration and just heard that that's been refused as well we need help urgently

The PIP Appeal guide has links to the SSCS1 form that you will need to complete and instructions on how to complete it.

As for the MR your task is to show that she meets the criteria for an award.
