Hi I have just had a HP not show up from atoms for my f2f pip assessment. we rang the number on the letter and got told the HP said they were here and rang the house phone which is impossible.we were here and we have no missed calls.They have sent it back to the DWP no negotiation for an reappointment.Has anyone else had this happen and what do we do now? many thanks for your time

The DWP should write to you asking why you did not attend, but I would pre-empt this by writing to them today and explaining what happened, stress that you were in all day and at no time was a call made by the assessor.
