Just received AR1 form for completion by 03 dec 17. Spoke to DWP and explained what happened with award letter dates, he could see conversation on his computer. He advised I complete and return, I said why not just cancel form as if I fill it in it will start reassessment again. I pointed out if not returned my pip will stop. He said problem with dates should be resolved before return date of AR1. Waiting for a manager to call me back now.

If they agree to withdraw the form, ask for it in writing although they may not be prepared to do so.
If possible record the call.
At the very least record the date and time and who you spoke to.
If they don't withdraw the form contact your MP.
