There is a thread on the Righsanet Discussion Forum about a letter being sent out, from Manchester Rusholme JCP, to ESA Support group claimants asking them to contact the Job Centre Plus to see what "support" is available.
Although it may be a genuine offer of support but the consensus of replies on the forum, from welfare advisers, is that it could be a trawl to find possible changes in circumstances that would result in re-assessment and loss of Support Group award
