Hi Im 64 and will be getting my OAP in six months as i understand it you can only have one state benefit i.e.OAP. I have been getting LR help and FR mobility and in the support group.
Why do I have to now go through this very stressful process again when this benefit will shortly be replaced by my OAP. hope this makes sense cos it dosent to me.

Thankyou
You appear to be receiving ESA and either DLA or PIP.
Your ESA will cease when you receive the State Pension as it is an income replacement benefit.
Your DLA or PIP will continue as long as you continue to meet the criteria, if you are receiving DLA then you will be invited to claim PIP at some time in the next couple of years.
