I'm on DLA mobility high and care middle rate, I am in receipt of housing benefit an have (at the moment) two adult children who live with me both in full time employment. If I was to get married would this affect my benefit in any way ? Hope this is the right place to ask have tried calling helpline for dla but have been holding on for over 30 min a time

Your DLA is not a means tested benefit so your marrying will no impact on it. Your HB may be affected but it is not a benefit that we advise on so you will need to get local advise. Do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.
