I apologise if this question has been asked before, but I cannot find this query. My PIP has a year to run, so I am expecting he renewal forms. Do the DWP require fresh reports from consultants and GP's? I only ask as I am not due to see my consultant for another 3 months. Some things have improved with my condition and others have deteriorated, but overall, worse. I am just worried that it may be difficult to explain this. Many thanks

You should treat the renewal as a new claim, if you have new evidence or can source it then it would be to your advantage to do so, but if you can show that your old evidence is still relevant to your conditions as they are now then you can submit this again.
