Just wanted to let you all know my pip journey was not as bad as i was expecting. I'm aware that this is not the case for everyone. My f2f was handled with care and compassion from receptionist through to assessor in all it took about 40 mins. I received my brown envelope 3weeks 2 days later and much to my surprise i have been awarded enhanced on both . I would like to thank all on this wonderful site for their invaluable advice and support. Xxxx
