I had my ESA re-assessment on Thursday 20th Oct at an assessment centre.
Today I received a phone call from a private number, a gentleman wanting my opinion on my assessment, was I happy with the medical assessor and how it was conducted etc. Is this normal ?
This is not common, I think I have heard of it just once before. I assume this is some sort of 'quality control' process. I hope you told them what you really think!
