I received my first letter a couple of weeks ago. Called to start my pip journey ha e received my form and got an extension for the return. I am feeling very anxious, as we moved home last December about 9 miles from our old home, I applied to stay with my GP.. The practice couldn't let me so changed Gp's in September.
My old GP told me yesterday he is not allowed to do a medical report and I have not seen my new GP about my disability only a different issue.
My old GP has said he will speak to the new GP so fingers crossed the new one will do this so a report can be done.
I also gave dwp my old GP as contact do I need to speak to them again?

Question 1 on the PIP2 form asks you to list the health professionals to contact and it will be this list that will be used, however, please be aware that in the vast majority of cases the medical contacts are not spoken to by the assessor of DWP.
