After a successful ESA tribunal I have been put back in the support group for 2yrs but it states Regulation 35 of the ESA regulations 2008 applies. Does anyone have any idea what this means please?

Congratulations on the result.
It usually takes the DWP 5-8 week to process a Tribunal result, it might help to speed things if you contact them to confirm that they have received the Decision Notice.
Being placed in the SG under Regulation 35 means that you are considered to be at risk of harm, or that there is a risk to others if you were asked to work or to carry out Work Related Activity.
