I'm filling out my PIP application. Please can you help me with the moving around section. I'm unable to stand up or walk on my own in the dark due to balance problems. Does that mean that I put that I can't walk? When it's light I can walk up to 20 meters with a stick and further than that I use a mobility scooter. I'm not sure what to stress here.

All you can is explain your various limitations and the circumstances in which they effect you, remember to use "reliably" and "on the majority of days" as applicable.
Your use of a scooter will not be considered, you need to explain why you cannot walk more the 20m.
