Forgive me but I am a little confused by your question, it is not the distance that you can't walk that is considered but the distance you can walk.
The use of an aid or appliance to help you walk is always assumed
You are not required to walk pain free, but any pain or exhaustion that limits the distance that you can walk should be considered.
You must be able to "reliably" walk a distance "on the majority of days" so think about the longest distance that you can do this for.
Have a look at the PIP Claim guide for more details.
