aww bless thankyou ,. its been a tough 10 mth in all and if ide known back then how challenging ots been and stressfull ide of not put myself through it , bit like i said before if i hadnt of found this fabulous site ide of given up ,, even just gettin out the door yesterday was so distressing for me and when i got in the court building i went to pieces even the security men at door called the clerk straight away i was then taken to a private waiting room as i couldnt sit where there were people ,was treated realy well and with compasion throughout ,, i know its scary and i know how much it takes out of you having to be put through all this , but hope my experiance will help you feel able to go through with appealing as i know you wernt sure which way to go , it your choice entirely and dont want to sound pushy ,but do have a good think about it ,,,i realy do feel ude get a awrard if you went down the appeal route, like mrs h n gordon have said ,they are independant and it felt good to actualy be able to tell someone face to face how i stuggle daily not having to write it on forms etc, i felt i finaly was heard at last, !! , hope your keeping well pete and remem where all here routing for you to succeed and get what you deserve,.

thankyou ,,, its a relief i actualy got through it and was a good outcome ,, still not sunk in! its done and dusted for now at least. thought ide of had a good sleep last night but my mind was hundred miles a hr going over how stressfull the past 10mths have been , but it was worth pursuing as in end had a possitive result ,ide advise everyone to keep fighting for what they feel they deserve as the dwp think there word is fianl but its not ,,the tribunal are independent and listen to you and treat you with respect and compasion ,. shameon the dwp in the way they treat vulnerable ill people ,.
