Hi please can you tell me, will i be asked if i prefer a home visit when it come to me changing from lifetime dla to pips? Only i only leave my home when collected to attend church or somewhere, i cant walk further than my house and pavement edge. Will it ask in my form if i can have a home visit?thanks

No you won't, you need to request one when you return your PIP2, you also need a letter from your GP explaining why you cannot attend at their offices.
