I have just been awarded enchanted mobility and have a new car on order. If I have to go into hospital for a lengh of time will I lose the car. I have looked into this but cannot find the answer, only that you have to tell DWP. Thank you.

If you are in hospital for more than 28 (you need to inform the DWP about this) then your DLA payments will be suspended, the advice on the Motability site is that the claimant contact them about there options, but I suspect if your stay is much more than the 28 days then they will recover the car.
