ESA level of benefit was created by ESA Headache
If after a f2f someone is found Fit for Work I realise benefit will cease. If after Mandatory Reconsideration or Appeal which is won. Is the level of benefit the same as before if still in the same category as I believe that the now rate of ESA is lower than it used to be?

I Suspect you are talking about the reduction in the WRAG rate, this does not come into effect until April 2017 and only effects new claims.

An MR or Appeal remakes the original Decision and is classed as a continuation of the claim.
