I don't understand, I paid the £20 fee today to join and it still won't let me see the files I need to help me. It's asking me to pay again, any help[p please?

Try it again now, the server may have taken more time than usual to recognise your subscription.
Make sue you have logged in, you need to be logged in to access the guides.
If you still have problems then contact

Thank you Gordon for the reply... I have done all the above but still wont let me read the PIP files... This is the message I keep getting even though i'm signed in... (You need to be registered with the site before you can subscribe.

I'm sorry there is nothing else that I can do as the Moderators do not have access to the subscription information. Your subscription is clearly active as you are able to post in the forum but I cannot explain why you cannot get access to the guides.
