I was awarded enhanced care and mobiity whilst being very ill during chemotherapy. Although its only 6 months into the claim my mobility has improved to a level where i have reported a change. I am still recovering from the effects of treatment but heading in the right direction. Dwp is sending out a new form which i thought would be the the review one but apparently its the big one that i originally completed. Do dwp/atos refer back to original claim info or do i need to start from scratch again?

If you have received a PIP2 then you need to complete it in detail as if it is a new claim.
I'm afraid you cannot assume that those assessing you will have access to your previous claim documents and even if they do that they will refer to them, so if there are things you want them to look at then attach them to your PIP2, even if you have previously sent them.
