You need to take the panel's warning about her Daily Living award seriously, the Judge is obliged to issue such a warning an adjourn the hearing if they have a reasonable belief that an existing award is in danger.

You say you did not get to present her case, were the points you wanted to make not in the submission that you made to the panel? If they were then they will have read them and still considered the removal of her award.

If they were not then this may have been an error, as you have seen appealing hearings are not run as a Court case would be.

I'm afraid it is perfectly normal for the majority of questions to be asked of the claimant, I would have expect you to have had an opportunity to talk at the end of the hearing had it not been adjourned.

I am afraid you will have to wait for the Statement of Reasons before you can take any further action, as you need to understand the issues that the panel had with her claim.
