Q3a, if my family prepares and cooks for me what box do I tick? Or do I tick none and write not applicable please? Thank you in advance..

You will not score points for activities that you do not do, only those that you cannot do, so if you are unable to prepare and cook a meal then you need to explain why this is the case.
Question 3a actually asks if you could cook a meal with the use of appropriate aids? If the aids would still not allow you to prepare and cook a meal then you should answer "no" and explain why, if they would then answer "yes" and explain what aids would assist and why.
