Pip questions

Thanks Gordon for your reply I did ring the DWP this morning first person I spoke to said I would have to have a Mr so I asked to speak to a manager who rang me back and said they can see another form was requested and to return the form by the date on there and my payments will continue as normal until the decision from the AR1
