ESA form has been sent to Maximus but not assessed yet looking through copy of form ticked a no box instead of varies by mistake. What should I do. Explanation is correct. Could I email the Maximus email address about it or do I write, what will happen?

Thanks for advice.
I would write and request that the letter is added to the DWP file, also, take a copy on the day and ask the assessor to read it before they start the interview and again include it in the file.
