medical file under the freedom of infermation act

having a lot of problems getting my medical report from dwp have filled all the forms in as requested nothing got in touch with mp who has been great but still no file even after one of the bosses from dwp state would have them by the 7th of this month this has gone on for 5 months has anyone else faced the same barrier with the same thing we are starting to think file lost and have told them that this matter will be taken to a higher stage these people just don't care even after having been told that this will go to a commissioner of some sort carnt remember who was named by mp but still waiting whats the point

If DWP have not responded to your Subject Access Request within 40 days, and you have already reminded them, your next step would be to complain to the Information Commissioner.

this is what our mp is going to do have given them till Wednesday for paper work to turn up it is sad how they just don't care who they deal with at all what chance do we the general public have
