My ESA is coming up to 3 years in November. Do the DWP usually send out forms for renewal and if so, do they always ask for another assessment or base their renewal decision on the completed form (whatever format that is)? I have seen comments on here that ESA has no renewal date.
Maximus do make recommendations without a face2face assessment if they believe they have enough information (from the ESA50 and accompanying documents) to do so.
