A Three Judge UT have just published their fedision on PIP Mobility & Mental Health (Mobility Activity 1)

administrativeappeals.decisions.tribunal...px/view.aspx?id=5018 My understanding is that you can be awarded the points for descriptors 1D and 1F if you have a seriously high level of anxiety etc/ and need accomyaning on a journey.
However if you meet the crtierior for 1E (Cannot go out at all due to ovrtwhelming Medntal Health problems) you can not also qualify for 1F. Presumably because if you can not go out 1F will nether apply.
