I'm afraid this is not an area we deal with on the forum. A quick search found the following
www.gov.uk/moving-from-benefits-to-work/overview If you are working less than 16 hours a week and earning less than £115.50 then you can remain on ESA and do Permitted Work, there is a guide in the ESA section.
Whilst I hope that your return to work is a success, you can make a re-claim for ESA at any point up to 12 weeks from when you close your claim and be put back into the SG automatically.
