Reported "they've got it wrong" to elderly lady but, as she's convinced "they" can't get things wrong, she's tel, received the form and is sending it in anyway/
The call centre man was evidently oblivious to age/unsuitability so I wonder what will happen when they receive it, will the penny drop and, if not, what is likely to happen.
Again, many, thanks - you have literally been a lifesaver to me - esp as brown envelope came thru my door today *DLA to PIP) so, given other cases re this timing, I do wonder whether the pre-Christmas angst/terror element is a possibility - v cynical I know but previous experience for many of us makes this seems likely!
