Received mandatory reconsideration this morning

Hi I received my mandatory reconsideration this morning I am confused please can you tell me why on the two letters enclosed do they say " at this time I CANT award you daily living or mobility ........ Then get to the end of the "my decision " and the last two lines state ...." This means I can award you standard rate daily living and standard mobility I have awarded you pip for a set time say our needs may change "
I don't understand why the letter tells me I'm not entitled then says I am and of course they are closed today so can't speak to them ..... Points awarded are : 8 daily living 10 mobility ... Do you think I should go to a tribunal nd to be honest I really haven't got the energy it's been so traumatic and stressful which infact has made my condition worse ,having to fight for something that I was entitled to for life in 2007 ! And made to feel like a beggar it has been quite an experience would love to hear your thoughts thank you .

DWP have never been known for the clarity of their communication and this is no exception

I'm afraid the only way you can be sure is to contact DWP and ask.
