Award letter and medical report

Quick question please . When DWP write with their decision regarding PIP application , do they automatically send the report they have used from the medical professional who undertook the face to face meeting ? . I was wondering whether to send for the report prior to getting the letter .

Hi Kay,

DWP will not automatically send a copy of the assessor's report. As this relates to PIP, you can phone and request it whenever you want. If you request it now it will save time if a Mandatory Reconsideration is needed.
